Gaye LindforsAt a time when the only constant in the business world is “change,” Gaye Lindfors is an invaluable guide. Her expertise in transition management grew out of twenty-five years in leadership positions with Fortune 500 companies and nonprofit organizations. In addition to her internal and external consulting roles, she has been responsible for the hiring of thousands of employees. Gaye knows what employers are looking for and understands the heart of the job seeker.

Gaye consistently receives rave reviews from participants in her career transition workshops. She uses her business expertise to deliver the tools job-seekers need, and uses her heart to remind them that they are significant. With a mix of best practices, humor, and real-life stories, she shows her participants how to stand up and get noticed.

Gaye is the author of Find a Job: The Little Book for BIG SUCCESS and is a contributing author to Don’t Miss Your Boat: Living Your Life with Purpose in the Real World. She received her M.A. in Industrial Relations from the University of Minnesota and is an active member of the National speakers Association.

Nancy Zembal, Career Transition Architect

With over thirty years of Human Resources experience, Nancy Zembal’s passion is to provide meaningful help to hard-working professionals. Nancy is a true problem solver with a strong reputation for quickly understanding issues and arriving at the best solution. As a human resources manager in the manufacturing industry, she played a critical leadership role in helping sales management move from a 100% outsourced sales team to an integrated sales team. At Human Capital Partners, Nancy uses her deep expertise in corporate change programs, employee benefits, communications, and finance to help clients manage transitions of all types.

Nancy’s skills and talents have earned her recognition as a “go-to” person. She also is an expert interviewer with a knack for gaining actionable insight. A native of Minneapolis, Nancy has also worked for the Anoka-Hennepin School District.

Marlene Claire Pope –  Career Transition Architect

With over 25 years of experience in corporate human resources, Marlene is known for her ability to quickly understand clients’ needs and deliver outstanding talent and support to their organization. Her professional and high-touch approach sets her apart with both clients and candidates.
Marlene brings a wealth of knowledge from the corporate HR world. She has served as both a generalist and a business partner across a broad spectrum of industries for companies such as BlueCross BlueShield of Minnesota, GE Capital Fleet Service and Gelco.   Marlene’s human resource experience includes  collaborating with executive leadership teams in developing, managing, implementing and integrating HR programs and guidelines to support business objectives.  She has advised management on ways to address structural, cultural and people initiatives that are aligned with the business and drive success.  Marlene has supported leadership and various other functions including human resources, finance, audit, operations, sales, marketing, quality, research and development.
Marlene’s diverse background gives her the breadth and scope of experiences necessary to fully understand our client and candidates needs’ and quickly deliver the right support to help them reach their career goals.
